Dr. Steven Feit is a nationally recognized Prosthodontist and dental consultant with over 35 years of clinical experience and 15 years of consulting expertise. He has worked with dental practices across the country to elevate patient care, build high-performing teams, and create culture-driven systems that support long-term success.
As co-founder of Invincible Education LLC and a lead consultant with Dental Shift LLC, Dr. Feit has advised solo practitioners, multi-doctor offices, and emerging leaders on how to align clinical excellence with ethical practice management. His signature approach integrates leadership development, communication training, risk mitigation, and biomechanically sound treatment planning.
A sought-after expert witness, lecturer, and mentor, Dr. Feit is dedicated to helping dentists grow with purpose, protect their reputations, and lead with integrity.
Our history
Dr. Steven Feit has over 15 years of dental consulting experience, advising dentists, teams, and organizations across a wide range of practice models—from solo startups to multi-doctor, multi-location groups. He is the co-founder of Invincible Education LLC and served as a core consultant at Dental Shift LLC, where he helped practices improve communication, culture, operational systems, and clinical decision-making and streamlining clinical protocols.
