Dr. Steven Feit is a nationally recognized Prosthodontist and dental consultant with over 35 years of clinical experience and 15 years of consulting expertise. He has worked with dental practices across the country to elevate patient care, build high-performing teams, and create culture-driven systems that support long-term success.
As co-founder of Invincible Education LLC and a lead consultant with Dental Shift LLC, Dr. Feit has advised solo practitioners, multi-doctor offices, and emerging leaders on how to align clinical excellence with ethical practice management. His signature approach integrates leadership development, communication training, risk mitigation, and biomechanically sound treatment planning.
